It’s always good to know who you’re working with so let me introduce myself, I’m Steve Fullbrook and I’m the man behind Sublime Property Services.
I’m a man who’s fascinated by how things work. As a young man I trained as a mechanic but once I’d got the measure of cars I needed a new challenge and went into the building trades which continued to develop my curiosity with how things work in terms of buildings and construction. With the ebb and flow of various recessions I ended up returning to mechanics as Knight of the Road, going on to become a regional Manager for the RAC. It was here I discovered my passion for people and service, although a life event meant my career was sadly cut short.
Instead, I went back to working with properties, both residential and commercial. Being totally hands on with multi-trade experience, management and people skills I became a sought after maintenance manager for numerous large commercial buildings including - a hotel, an equestrian farm, large residential buildings and corporate offices.
In these, often extremely busy settings, I’d have to think on my feet and be prepared to react fast, but I also had to think ahead, plan and anticipate preventative maintenance whilst safeguarding clients and keeping an eye on the budgets.
In recent years I ran an interiors business with my wife. Between us we did everything from advise on paint colours, created custom furniture, developed special paint finishes with polished plasters and lime paints, refitted kitchens and bathrooms and refurbished beach huts!
I’m all about building great relationships and, now in France, its my pleasure to be able to offer you the benefit of my experience and be your trusted resource for all aspects of your property needs.
I’m really looking forward to meeting you! Steve.
